Physician Assistant for Distinguished Concierge Medical Practice

We are an upscale, concierge medical practice located in Greenwich, CT, seeking an exceptional Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work within a sophisticated organization, playing a key role in delivering high-quality patient care.

Our commitment is to deliver a healthcare experience that is innovative and comprehensive, yet service-oriented and kind. We are seeking a candidate who is bright, clinically proficient, and highly motivated. Our ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is comfortable taking initiative, and thrives in a service-oriented environment. If you are a problem solver and a team player with leadership qualities, we would love to meet you!

If you are looking to provide high-quality patient service rather than the packed schedules and rushed care model that seems to have taken over most medical practices, we have a home for you! Experienced PAs preferred, but highly capable recent grads are also encouraged to apply.

Why Join Us?

  • Professional Environment: Advance your skills in a collaborative and goal-oriented setting. You will work alongside industry-leading physicians and experienced clinical and administrative staff who are committed to excellence.

  • Concierge Setting: Be part of a practice dedicated to providing an exceptional, patient-centered experience within a sophisticated, concierge medical setting.
  • Leadership Development: This role offers opportunities for professional growth and leadership development. The PA will be empowered to take initiative, contribute to practice development, and grow into a leadership role within the clinical team.

  • Coordinating patient care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Providing patient education and counseling on preventive care and disease management.
  • Leading and mentoring medical assistants, phlebotomists, RNs, and other clinical support staff.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring the patient experience reflects the high-end nature of our practice.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least one (1) year of experience working as a PA in any field of medicine is preferred. Exceptional recent graduates from accredited programs are also encouraged to apply.
  • Education: Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Certification: Valid Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Connecticut, and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to practice independently and as a motivated self-starter.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong clinical skills, including the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems (Athena is preferred).
  • Positive, confident, engaging, empathetic, and team-oriented attitude.
