- Active Physician Assistant license
- Active New York license
- Excellent Physician, MA, and administrative support
- Clinical experience in Primary Care Practice preferred
- Monday through Friday or 4 days a week schedule with no weekends or call duty, and no hospital rounds required
- Permanent full-time position with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Manage an average patient load of 25 individuals

- Weeks of paid vacation, along with sick/personal time
- Salary starts at 130k plus
- Additional weeks allocated for Continuing Medical Education (CME) with a stipend
