Physician Assistant: Flexible, Patient-Centered Care

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary care teams across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role focuses on comprehensive patient assessment, triage and treatment planning, working closely with supervising physicians and allied health staff to deliver high-quality care.

You will educate patients and families, participate in care coordination, and contribute to documentation, policies, and clinical education.
