About the Position
TeamHealth is seeking an experienced physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join the emergency department team at Lodi Memorial Hospital in Lodi, California.
Location: Lodi, California (approximately 30 minutes from Sacramento). The emergency department serves an annual patient volume of 65,000 and is a Level III, 32‑bed ED.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency department care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Cover 40 hours of APC (Advanced Practice Coverage).
- Utilize the EDEMR: Cerner system for patient management.
- Maintain current ACLS and PALS certifications.
Qualifications
- Boarded through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency medicine (EM).
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications.
- California medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date.
Compensation & Benefits
W2 employee status; competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $100 to $105 per hour .
