What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages in the emergency department
- Collaborate with attending emergency medicine physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, I&Ds, and more (as credentialed)
- Participate in patient flow optimization, quality initiatives, and patient‑centered care
- Deliver compassionate, efficient, evidence‑based emergency care
Qualifications
- Active Alabama NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine or urgent care experience strongly preferred
- ACLS and PALS required; ATLS preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently with physician support
- Commitment to high‑quality, team‑based emergency care
