Physician Assistant

Role Overview: Provides patient care in collaboration with physicians, demonstrating autonomy in evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, prescribes medications and therapies, and performs procedures within the scope of practice. Communicates effectively with patients, healthcare team, and referring providers to ensure safe, ethical, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients, developing appropriate treatment plans.
• Document accurately in electronic medical records, order and interpret tests, and prescribe evidence-based therapies.
• Adjust or discontinue medications as needed and report significant findings to the collaborating physician.
• Perform procedures within licensed scope and provide health education to patients and families.
• Maintain compliance with policies, guidelines, and organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies, with proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnostic interpretation, and patient communication. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and uphold safety and ethical standards.
