Physician Assistant (PA) - Full-Time or Part-Time
Primary Care | Charleston, West Virginia
An established primary care practice serving the Charleston community for more than 25 years is seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis .
Our practice provides comprehensive primary care with a strong focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and coordinated care through an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) . The PA will work in a supportive clinical environment with physician and nurse practitioner backup available , including telehealth support.

Qualifications
* Current Physician Assistant license or eligibility for licensure in West Virginia
* Experience in primary care preferred
* Strong skills in chronic disease management and preventive care
* Experience working within an ACO or value-based care environment is a plus
* Excellent communication and patient-care skills
* Strong computer skills and ability to work efficiently with multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems
* Ability to multitask and manage a diverse primary care patient population
* Dependable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
