Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and medical histories.
- Diagnose and treat acute conditions such as respiratory infections, fractures, lacerations, sprains, and other urgent care concerns.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests including X-rays, EKGs, and laboratory studies.
- Perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, wound care).
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and patient needs.
- Provide patient education and counseling on treatment options and preventive care.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to ensure efficient and high-quality care.
- Maintain thorough and accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Follow urgent care protocols and best practices to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
