Primary Care Provider to join our long-standing family practice. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a value-based, team-oriented setting.
Job Description

- Nurse Practitioner: Family Nurse Practitioner License
- Physician Assistant Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. Physician Assistant- Certified (PA-C).
Bilingual Preferred
- Some Medical Spanish or fluent in Spanish is preferred.
