Compensation
Base pay range: $120,000–$160,000 per year
Additional compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+

Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
- Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
- Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
- Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner.
- Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
- Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain).
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (functional/integrative medicine experience a plus).
- Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficient with electronic health records (NextGen experience a plus).
