Physician Assistant / Advanced Practice ProviderPulmonary & Sleep Medicine
Locations: Cary and Fayetteville, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Setting: Outpatient specialty practice

About the Role
We are a growing, physician-led pulmonary and sleep medicine practice seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated provider to join our team.
You will care for patients with conditions such as:
- Sleep apnea and insomnia
- COPD and asthma
- Chronic cough and shortness of breath
- Pulmonary nodules
- Oxygen and respiratory support needs
Pulmonary or sleep medicine experience is preferred butnot required . Training and physician mentorship will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage pulmonary and sleep medicine patients
- Review imaging, laboratory results, pulmonary testing, and sleep studies
- Develop treatment plans with physician collaboration
- Order medications, diagnostic testing, referrals, and follow-up visits
- Educate patients about inhalers, oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and sleep hygiene
- Complete timely and accurate electronic medical record documentation
- Communicate with patients, referring providers, pharmacies, and DME companies
- Support quality improvement and practice growth
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current or eligible North Carolina license
- NCCPA certification
- DEA registration or eligibility
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Willingness to work at both Cary and Fayetteville locations
- Flexibility to support future clinic locations as the practice grows
