About Us
HA Brain & Spine Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivatedPhysician Assistant (PA-C) with a background in Neurology or Musculoskeletal or Aesthetics to join our growing luxury outpatient neurology and integrative medical practice/ medical spa.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a PA-C who enjoys building long-term patient relationships while developing advanced skills inheadache medicine, concussion care, outpatient neurology, and minimally invasive neurological procedures with potential for crossover into Aesthetics Medicine.
We are particularly interested in a provider who has a strong foundation inNeurology or Musculoskeletal or Aesthetics and is enthusiastic about expanding their knowledge and skills. Opportunity to have direct training in Neurology with Board Certified Neurologist.
Prior experience with injections is preferred, but we are willing to provide training and mentorship for the right candidate.
This is anoutpatient-only position with:
- No hospital rounding
- No inpatient responsibilities
- No call
- No nights
Responsibilities
The Physician Assistant will evaluate and manage patients with a variety of neurological conditions, including:
- Chronic migraine
- Concussion and traumatic brain injury
- Dizziness and vestibular disorders
- Radiculopathy
- Memory concerns
- Spine-related neurological conditions
- General neurological conditions
- Aesthetics--fillers, neuromodulators, IV infusion, laser therapy
Clinical responsibilities include:
- Obtaining and reviewing patient histories
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Medication management
- Ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic testing
- Patient education and counseling
- Coordinating appropriate referrals and multidisciplinary care
- Providing ongoing follow-up and treatment management
- Telemedicine visits when appropriate
- Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation
Procedural Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will either have experience with, or be willing to receive training in, outpatient neurological procedures including:
- Chronic Migraine Botox injections (PREEMPT protocol)
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- Other outpatient headache and neurology procedures
Previous procedural experience is a strong plus but is not required.
We are looking for a PA-C who is comfortable learning procedures and is interested in developing a strong procedural skill set under appropriate physician mentorship and supervision.
Qualifications – Required
- CurrentPA-C certification
- Board certified/eligible as applicable
- Prior clinical experience in Neurology is preferred
- DEA Registration or ability to obtain
- Strong neurological assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
- Comfortable working with an electronic medical record (EMR)
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary providers
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
- Migraine Management
- Pain Management
- PM&R
- Spine Care
Additional experience with:
- Botox
- Nerve blocks
- Other outpatient injections or procedural care
- Aesthetic certification/experience
is a significant plus.
Candidates with strong Neurology experience who are eager to develop procedural skills are encouraged to apply.

Our support team manages scheduling, insurance authorizations, billing, and administrative responsibilities so that providers can focus onpatient care and clinical excellence.
