Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) – Urgent Care Compensation Range: This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Summary Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a part-time opportunity available at our Centreville location in, Centreville, Virginia. This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.
Part‑Time Schedule Overview
- Total Shifts: 19 partial shifts
- Shift Length: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (4 hours each)
- Weekday Shifts: 17
- Weekend shifts: 2

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
- Licensure & Certification: BLS & ACLS Certification Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia DEA License Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol
- Credentialing Requirements: Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid) Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
