Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Vascular Surgery Make an Impact in a High-Acuity Surgical Practice We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with cardiovascular, vascular, critical care, or surgical experience for a long-term locum tenens opportunity with a respected hospital-based surgical team. This position offers a consistent schedule, a collaborative practice environment, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated multidisciplinary team caring for complex vascular surgery patients in an inpatient setting. Long-term locum assignment Inpatient vascular surgery practice Consistent weekday schedule Epic EMR Collaborative physician and APP team Opportunity to manage complex surgical patients and participate in perioperative care Competitive compensation with travel and lodging assistance available Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the attending surgeon Manage pre-operative and post-operative vascular surgery patients Document patient encounters and treatment plans within the EMR Coordinate care with nursing staff, specialists, and ancillary services Vascular Surgery Cardiovascular Surgery Cardiothoracic Surgery Critical Care Surgical APP experience For Physician Assistants Active Physician Assistant license Minimum one year of APP experience Ability to meet all facility credentialing requirements For Nurse Practitioners Active Nurse Practitioner license Minimum one year of APP experience Ability to meet all facility credentialing requirements Cardiovascular, vascular surgery, cardiology, critical care, emergency medicine, or related surgical experience Work with an experienced surgical team Strong clinical support structure Excellent opportunity to expand vascular surgery experience in a hospital-based setting
