Description:Locum tenens position available for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Cardiology.
This role focuses on outpatient care.
The work schedule consists of three days per week, specifically Wednesday through Friday.
The position requires supervision for echo and nuclear exercise stress tests.
The provider will conduct in-office cardiac device checks and interpret EKGs.
Outpatient privileges are required to see clinic patients and perform outpatient testing.
A six-month contract is requested, with the possibility of extension.
The expected patient encounters per shift will be around 12.
Candidates must be board certified and have a valid BLS and ACLS certification.
This position does not involve inpatient care..
