Position Overview
As a Physician Assistant, you will be the go‑to laser expert in our studio. Your responsibilities include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing various laser and operational activities. You will provide exceptional client experiences and handle routine tasks with ease.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.
- Ensure compliance with Removery safety protocols, treatment guidelines, and client records.
- Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service and realistic expectation management.
- Maintain accountability while collaborating with the studio team to meet key performance indicators and foster a positive culture.
- Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date licensing credentials and complete required learning and development activities.
Position Specifics
Pay: $58‑60/hr + commission
Location: 632 Marketplace Dr, Bel Air, MD 21014
Status: Full‑time
Schedule
- Tuesday: 10:30am‑7:00pm
- Wednesday: 09:00am‑06:00pm
- Thursday: 09:00am‑06:00pm
- Friday: 08:30am‑05:00pm
- Saturday: 08:30am‑03:00pm

Position Requirements
- Active, unencumbered NP or PA license
- Reliable transportation to commute to studio or other locations
- Effective, client‑centric communication style
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Travel for out‑of‑state training may be required
- Ability to sit for hour‑long increments and lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively
- Comfortable with treating and interacting with the human body
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Strong wrist dexterity and strength to operate a laser and computer/office machinery
- Visual acuity to assess client skin while operating the laser
- Eligibility to work in the United States
