Responsibilities

• Join an established group of ~13 physicians and 25 CRNA’s
• Predominant model is medical direction
• Opportunity for solo work
• Patient safety and quality are top priorities with meaningful staffing ratios of 1:2/1:3
• Full spectrum case mix and diverse patient population
• EMR-EPIC
• Call generally 3-4 per month with post call day off
• Nocturnist support to help reduce number of overnight shifts
• Opportunity to teach SRNA’s, medical students & medicine and surgery residents
• Group Employed Model
• Salary $600K. This compensation represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standard.
• Residency stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable, candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws.
• Sign-On Bonus up to $200K
• Shift Based Model equivalent to 10+ weeks of paid time off per year

Requirements

• MD, DO or MBBS
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• NYS Licensure
• BLS/ACLS/PALS Certification Required
• DEA Required
