Position Summary

AAS isseekingan experienced, self-directedRecruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting forCRNAsandAnesthesiologists (MD/DO)across multiple markets. In this highly visiblerole,you’llownthe recruiting strategy end to end—building pipelines, improving processes, and partnering closely with clinical and operational leaders to delivertimely, high-quality hires.You’llalso help create scalable recruiting workflows, tools, and outreach/branding strategies (including social media) as we grow.

This is a remote position, reporting to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manageend-to-end recruitingforCRNAsand Anesthesiologistsacross multiple markets.From intake, through offer, acceptance, and start.
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Build andmaintainongoing pipelines; ensureconsistent outreach, follow up and candidate nurturing.
  • Partneronrecruiting marketing and employer branding initiatives—sharing business highlights, focus areas, and content ideas that attract high-quality clinical talent.
  • Coordinate interviews,maintainmomentum,and support selection decisions through offer completion.
  • Deliver high touch responsive candidate experience with clear,timelycommunication and professionalism throughout the process.
  • Track and reportkey reporting metrics(time-to-fill, source effectiveness,pipeline conversion,offer acceptance).
  • Build scalable workflows, templates, and tool kits (ATS optimization, outreach sequences, process documentation).
  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to forecast staffing needs and build proactive hiring plans.
  • Support onboarding,credentialinghandoffs, and relatedadministrativeprocesses as needed.
  • Take onadditionalresponsibilities as the company grows.

Qualifications

  • 3+ yearsof healthcare recruiting experience (strongly preferred: anesthesia, ambulatory/surgical services, or similar clinical specialties).
  • Proven success sourcing and closingpassivetalent using multiple strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; committed to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiencywith ATS platforms, organizationaland sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and working knowledge of tools like Google Sheets.
  • Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 base salary + commission
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
