Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) seeks a relationship-driven, consultative talent acquisition professional to serve as its next Physician & Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Talent Advisor. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to directly influence access to care across New Mexico by attracting and securing exceptional physician and advanced practice talent for Presbyterian Medical Group.

In today's increasingly competitive provider recruitment environment, successful recruitment requires more than posting jobs and screening resumes. The most effective recruiters serve as trusted advisors to hiring leaders, strategic ambassadors for the organization, and advocates for candidates navigating life-changing career decisions. The Physician & APP Talent Advisor plays a critical role in helping Presbyterian identify, engage, and recruit high-quality clinicians who align with the organization's mission, culture, and commitment to delivering exceptional care.

This individual will serve as a full-cycle recruitment consultant supporting a diverse portfolio of physician and APP searches, with a primary focus on specialty care recruitment including cancer services, neurology, and other hard-to-fill clinical specialties. Working closely with medical directors, operational leaders, and provider candidates nationwide, the Talent Advisor will provide a high-touch, white-glove recruitment experience while building long-term talent pipelines that support organizational growth.
