Serving as a senior clinical leader, the full-time Physician Advisor, MD Required will advise healthcare organizations on clinical performance and technology-enabled transformation, managing multiple consulting engagements remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the delivery of client engagements within the Digital & Technology Transformation line of business, overseeing team activities and analysis Advise clients on technology-enabled clinical transformation, including EHR optimization, workflow redesign, and organizational change management Guide organizational readiness and clinician engagement to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of new workflows and technologies Required qualifications Medical Doctor (MD or DO) required with at least 10 years of experience in healthcare, including 2+ years in leadership roles Advanced degree or certification preferred (e.g., MBA, MHI, MHA, MPH) with a focus on informatics Experience in managing informatics teams and EHR initiatives, including selection, planning, and optimization Prior management consulting experience is preferred Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills with a proven ability to motivate clients to action
