The candidate will join an established practice with plans to develop a full multidisciplinary service, collaborating closely with various departments. Primary practice is located in Santa Rosa, CA, with opportunities to work part-time in Rohnert Park, Petaluma, and Healdsburg, CA.

- Ambulatory pain management/addiction medicine practice
- Ability to participate in Addiction Medicine Fellowship or Family Medicine Residency teaching
- Integrated EMR (EPIC)
- Close collaboration with Palliative Care, Orthopedics, Neurology, and Physiatry
- Opportunity to collaborate with new Behavioral Health practice, including Psychiatry
Compensation
- Competitive salary with income guarantee
- Salary range: $300,000/Yr. - $340,000/Yr.
- Relocation allowance and sign-on bonus
