Physical Therapy Manager (Fully Remote)

Lead a remote team of physical therapists and contribute to the development of Hinge Health's PT organization. Drive key operational projects and clinical initiatives in a cost-effective, AI-enabled care model. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage and coach a team of up to 16 PTs, including performance management and career development. Support your team in meeting PT service-level agreements, caseload management, and clinical compliance. Strengthen PTs' digital health efficacy to ensure a best-in-class telehealth experience. Lead operational projects using data and qualitative feedback to scale improvements. Mobilize and coach your team through ongoing change, aligning stakeholders and maintaining high engagement. Operational improvement expertise using data to drive experiments and monitor outcomes. Change management skills to guide a team through frequent workflow and priority changes.
