Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver outcome-driven, patient-centered care across post-acute and outpatient settings. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients restore mobility, strength, balance, and independence after illness, injury, or surgery. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans, document clinical progress, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety strategies.
You’ll work within a patient-centered, clinically driven team that values measurable outcomes, collaboration, and continuous learning. Expect daily interaction with PTs, OTs, speech therapists, nursing, and medical staff to coordinate care and support safe, timely discharge. You’ll participate in care conferences, contribute to functional goal-setting, and track objective outcomes to guide treatment progression.
Powerback offers a supportive, growth-oriented environment with ongoing clinical training, exposure to multiple care settings, and clear advancement opportunities across the rehabilitation continuum. If you’re a licensed PTA passionate about evidence-based practice, strong documentation, and helping patients get back to their best selves, this role provides the clinical depth and teamwork you’re looking for.
