Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Physical Therapist Assistant to provide quality, patient-centered care in the home health setting.

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients in their homes to improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and independence.
• Follow individualized plans of care and document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety techniques.
• Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain compliance with professional, clinical, and home health standards.

Qualifications: Current PTA license in the state of practice, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and a commitment to compassionate patient care.
