Amity Physical Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Woodbridge, CT. Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitative techniques

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as needed

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members for coordinated care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Uphold a positive, motivating environment to support patient recovery and outcomes

Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one

Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or outpatient rehabilitation settings

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff

Compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented professional demeanor
