Physical Therapist With 15,000 Dollar Sign-On Bonus

Overview

My client, a leader in home healthcare, is seeking a Physical Therapist.

This is a full-time job from 8:30-5 and covers the following cities. This is Physical Therapy at patient homes so a valid California license is required.

Must Haves

• Active CA License
• Active Automobile ID, Automobile Insurance with bodily injury coverage with at least $200-300,000 and running car

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the
  Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association.
• California license as a Physical Therapist by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee of the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Physical Therapist. Prefer experience and interest in gerontology and home care.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Current California drivers license and automobile insurance.
