Job Summary: The position is under the general direction of the Facility Manager, focusing on providing superior outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model with physicians to optimize performance and enhance the quality of function for patients.
Responsibilities include exceptional patient care, interpreting physician orders, performing initial evaluations, establishing treatment plans, supervision of rehabilitation technicians, compliance with paperwork, staying current with billing policies, maintaining active state license, developing relationships with physician teams, taking an active role in the patient medical team, and participating in programs sponsored by IBJI.
Requirements include a graduate from an accredited physical therapy program, licensure or eligibility to sit for boards in Illinois, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, professional communication skills, ability to lift greater than 25 pounds, understanding of proper body mechanics, ability to stand and sit for extended periods, and ability to work on a computer for lengthy times.
Base salary offers may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
