Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Assess therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and care teams
- Provide skilled therapy to produce measurable improvements in patient function
- Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in therapeutic exercises, appliances, and home care strategies
- Prioritize caseloads and coordinate daily assignments and handoffs
- Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards of practice
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
- State Licensed Physical Therapist
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Open to new graduates; experience not required
- Clinical experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, or outpatient settings
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Hourly pay: $35.77-$49.18 based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $10k
- Relocation assistance: Case-by-case
- 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends
