Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in inpatient, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing facility, long term care, and outpatient settings
- Ability to perform PT evaluations and treatments in ER, ICU, Med/Surg, SNF, and outpatient environments
Assignment Details
- Monday through Friday schedule.
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
- Flexibility with work hours may be required.
- Saturday availability is required.

Location Highlights
Waimea on Kauai's west side offers access to both coastal scenery and mountain landscapes. Waimea is about 1 mile from the Captain James Cook Monument and roughly 15 miles from Waimea Canyon State Park, a major hiking and sightseeing destination.
