Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience treating orthopedic outpatient patients and performing 60-minute evaluations and treatments.
- Ability to complete accurate, timely medical record documentation, goal writing, and charge entry per clinic policy and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to participate in student education and provide appropriate supervision when assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior outpatient travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with functional treatment planning and return-to-community activity goals preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern: 5x8.
- Caseload focus: Orthopedics with 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
- Full-time, flexible 40-hour scheduling expectations.
- May be required to follow clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance, and punctuality.

Impacting Patient Care
This role requires evaluation, development, implementation, and modification of individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician direction. The clinician will ensure care is provided under valid physician orders and insurance approvals as applicable. Responsibilities include safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and adherence to clinic competency and performance improvement initiatives. Clinicians must maintain licensure and comply with state practice acts and ethical standards.
