Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• Experience with Wellsky & Oasis
• OASIS experience including SOC, ROC, Recert, Discharge, and PT evaluation documentation

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Flexible, 5x8s or 4x10s
• Weekend rotation: No
• On-call requirements: No
• Coverage area includes Kitsap County, with primary needs in North Kitsap and occasional county-wide coverage
