Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- RI compact license required
- HCHB Homecare experience required
- Home exercise planning experience required
- OASIS experience required
Assignment Details
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Weekend requirement: 2 weekend days per month
- Coverage area includes Providence, Bristol, Kent, and Washington counties
- Productivity requirement: 30 points
