Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Active Physical Therapy License
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate active prior to start date

- Setting: Inpatient-Acute and Outpatient Unit
- 40 hours per week
