Minimum Requirements
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active MA Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience providing skilled nursing facility or long-term care physical therapy preferred.
- Experience performing resident evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and documenting progress per facility protocols preferred.
- Ability to perform therapeutic modalities and interventions common in post-acute and long-term care settings preferred.
