Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Active Alaska license at time of submission
- Flu vaccination required
- Current Basic Life Support certification required
- Valid driver's license required
- Minimum 1 year experience in adult outpatient rehab
Assignment Details
- 40 hours per week with a 30-minute to 1-hour unpaid lunch
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
