Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent

- Outpatient setting.
- Schedule: 4 x 10s.
- Shift days: Saturday - Tuesday.
- Shift hours: 7:30am to 6pm.
- No call.
- Assignment length: 13 weeks.

Location Highlights
Fort Bragg sits along the Mendocino Coast and offers direct access to Glass Beach and the Noyo Headlands Park trail system. MacKerricher State Park is about 4 miles north and includes coastal trails, dunes, and tide pools suited to an outdoor lifestyle. Mendocino is about 10 miles south and provides galleries, ocean bluffs, and dining in a walkable village setting. The area also offers access to Pacific Ocean views and redwood scenery, with opportunities for kayaking on the Noyo River and hiking near Russian Gulch State Park.
