Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient case management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a PT/PTA clinical team
• Physical Therapist credential required to start
• BLS required to start
• HEP B required to start
• TB required to start
• Tdap required to start

Assignment Details

• Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Clinic hours are Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.
