Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Recent relevant home health experience
- EPIC experience
- OASIS required
- Experience with start of care and revisits

- Shift Hours: 0800-1630
- Schedule: 5x8.5
- Coverage territory includes Northwest Philadelphia and Montgomery County
