Our client is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work at their location in Titusville, FL.
Length of Assignment: Late June/Early July start - 13 weeks assignment with possibility of extension Hours: 8:00 to 4:30 with ½ an hour lunch - once a month on Saturday or Sunday with flex day during the week from 8 to 4:30 with ½ hour lunch.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Average Daily Census/Patients per day: 8-10
- Setting: Outpatient - ORTHO- NEURO AND GERIATRIC
- Information System Type: Meditech. Will train. Site/Facility Specialty Areas: out patient
- Staff Size: one PT and 4 PTA.
- Job responsibilities: evaluate, develop POC, re-assessment and treat patient with ortho, neuro diagnosis and geriatric
- Orientation 3 days and one day training in the clinic.
- Dress Code : scrubs.
- 3+ years hands on experience- outpatient clinic
