As a Physical Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. Your role will involve patient evaluation, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to help patients regain their independence.

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
• Need 1 year experience in setting
