Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 13951 West Grand Avenue, Unit 201 Surprise, Arizona 85374

Incentives: Up to$30K Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience, plus Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

Join our dynamic team in a busy, mostly orthopedic clinic that see's a range of patients and diagnoses. We have a strong and diverse team with a range of experience and treatment styles. Opportunity to work with 4 other Physical Therapists and an Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist. New Grads Welcome to apply! Responsibilities

• n

  Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

  n
n
• n

  Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

  n
n
• n

  Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

  n
n
• n

  Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

  n
n

Qualifications

n
• n

  Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school

  n
n
• n

  Valid State Physical Therapist License

  n
n
• n

  CPR certification

  n
n
