Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and establish treatment plans
- Provide therapy services focused on strength, mobility, and pain reduction
- Collaborate with PTAs, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Track resident progress and complete documentation
- Health, dental, and vision coverage
