In this on-site role, you’ll perform thorough evaluations, design evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on interventions that promote mobility, strength, balance, and fall prevention for older adults. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to tailor care, educate residents and families, and document outcomes in the EMR.
