Physical Therapist — SNF Rehab & Patient Progress

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team in a SNF setting. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, you will be part of a growing team providing the highest quality care for patients.

You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care. You will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, re-evaluate patient progress, and complete timely documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and
