Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing with Flexible Schedule

Maybrook Hills Rehab is seeking a full-time physical therapist for our skilled nursing facility. You will help residents regain independence and manage therapy plans across the continuum of care.

You will plan, develop, and deliver physical therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, monitor KPIs, coordinate evaluations and documentation, and collaborate closely with residents, families, and staff to ensure compassionate, quality care.
