Live Life Physiotherapy provides mobile outpatient physical therapy services to the East County San Diego region. Our practice is led by a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who emphasizes the health and well-being of aging adults. We are dedicated to enhancing balance and strength to decrease fall risks, helping community members stay in their homes and enjoy life on their terms.

Role Description

This is a part-time, in home role for a Physical Therapist, located in Santee, CA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and providing home care services. The therapist will work to improve patients' mobility, balance, and strength to enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine
Strong skills in Patient Care and Home Care
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to travel within the East County San Diego region
Physical Therapy licensure in the state of California
Experience with aging adults is a plus
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
