What You'll Be Doing: Work with a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting, helping individuals recover, rebuild, and regain independence.
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and/or neurological conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Guide patients through recovery from injury or surgery
- Collaborate with physicians and rehab staff
- Maintain clear and efficient documentation
- Patient-focused environment (not volume-driven)
- Supportive, team-based setting
- Consistent outpatient schedule
- Opportunity to grow clinically with mentorship available
- DPT or MPT from an accredited program
- Active California PT license (or ability to obtain)
- Outpatient ortho or neuro experience preferred
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Competitive salary of $110k+ (based on experience)
