Physical Therapist – Outpatient | Sacramento, CA | 13 Weeks
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join Kaiser South Sacramento’s outpatient rehabilitation team. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule in a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment for outpatient cases.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physicians, nurses, and rehab staff.
- Document care accurately in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of outpatient PT experience (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a rehab team
