About the Role
As a Physical Therapist at The Orchards at Redford, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing and treating residents and patients with a wide range of medical conditions and injuries
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Providing education and training to residents and their families on proper exercises, stretches, and self-care techniques
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current Michigan Physical Therapy licensure
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
