CareStaff Partners is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time, school-based contract in Phoenix, Arizona for the school year . This is a great opportunity to work with Kindergarten through 3rd-grade students , helping them develop the physical skills needed to succeed in the classroom and beyond.
Position Details

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Setting: School-Based
• Student Population: Kindergarten-3rd Grade
• Start Date: July 20, 2026
• End Date: May 28, 2027
• Schedule: 20 hours per week
• Pay: $48-$61/hour , based on experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to support students' mobility, strength, coordination, and participation in school activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve their educational goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding therapy services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist License required.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
